The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a permanent basis, taking a leading role on a live project in Bath commencing in February 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic business involved in flagship leisure developments, offering long-term career growth and stability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations on a live leisure centre project.
Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Lead site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with all H&S procedures.
Monitor progress, quality, and performance, reporting regularly to the Project Manager.
Maintain clear communication with the wider project team, client representatives, and stakeholders.
Oversee site documentation, RAMS, permits, and programme adherence.
About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction sector.
Background in managing D+B projects is highly desirable, ideally within leisure or similar public-sector builds.
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (or equivalent).
Ability to manage a live site with professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.
