Site Supervisor

A good opportunity with a reputable building contractor for a Site Supervisor / Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a large construction project in the North East. The Role
Assist the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations
Supervise trades and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out safely and to specification
Monitor site progress and report on any issues or delays
Ensure site health & safety procedures are followed at all times
Support with quality checks and snagging
Attend and contribute to site meetings

Experience Required
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Manager on building projects
Strong understanding of construction processes and site health & safety
SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a site team
