Excellent opportunity to join an expanding social housing repairs and maintenance main contractor.

Company
A national main contractor specialising in repairs and maintenance to social housing as well as carrying out carbon reduction retrofit project work for many of their clients.

The Role
Excellent opportunities at Assistant, Quantity Surveyor and Senior Quantity Surveyor levels, to deliver various social housing repairs and maintenance work streams. Activities will include procurement of subcontractors, processing of subcontractor payments and applications, cost forecasting, monitoring and managing budgets, and there will be exposure to the schedule of rates pricing mechanism for valuation of work or contract task pricing. Work streams could include R&M for windows, internal and external doors, roofs, internal and external decoration, cladding, roofing.

Experience Required
Ideally you are a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys building long term relationships with the supply chain, whilst ensuring good commercial controls are in place to achieve optimum profit levels for the business.

A high volume of varied repairs and maintenance projects for a large public sector client with a large social housing portfolio.
