Once again, we have been very pleased to support the Esh Group with their award-winning employability initiative, Building My Skills, for the 2025 programme. Director Bridget Yates has been out and about delivering a series of workshops to participating schools across the North East and has been really struck by the students’ enthusiastic and positive reception. It’s really quite something to think that the programme reaches over 3,500 students across 20 schools each year and that cumulatively, since its inception thirteen years ago, 60,000 students have been given an introduction to the world of work, and how to approach it. Thank you, Esh Group, for inviting us to partner with you and the other participating businesses again this year.
