Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

This is an excellent opportunity for either an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to take a step up in 1-2 years to Quantity Surveyor, or a candidate currently working as a Quantity Surveyor, to join an established, five star national housing contractor with a number of high volume and high specification sites across the region.

Job
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will have responsibility for the Commercial Management on a number of new build housing sites across the North East.

Experience Required
The successful applicant will have previous experience working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor for a regional or national House Builder, or plot works experience with a Civil Engineering company.
HNC/HND in a construction related discipline.
