Assistant Site Manager
An excellent opportunity for a proactive Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale refurbishment project in the North East.

The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Site Manager by managing on-site quality assurance, ensuring works meet project specifications and compliance standards. Experience with Field View for digital quality tracking is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day site operations, focusing on quality control and assurance.
Use Field View to monitor, document, and report on quality issues and site progress.
Conduct inspections, snagging, and manage close-out procedures.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure standards are met.
Support the Site and Project Manager with health & safety compliance and programme coordination.
Maintain accurate site records and quality documentation.
Requirements
Experience in a site-based role within construction or refurbishment projects.
Strong working knowledge of Field View software.
Good understanding of construction quality standards and procedures.
CSCS card (essential); SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
