Assistant Site Manager

An exciting opportunity to join a privately owned, successful regional family business as an Assistant Site Manager. Our client is looking to develop the successful candidate into a Site Manager so is ideally looking for someone in the earlier stages of their career.

The Company
An established family business, this group of companies delivers a range of specialist construction services across the North East and North Yorkshire region, and, due to strong performance and client relationships, is continuing to grow and generate new opportunities.

The Role
An opportunity to join an established project delivery team as an Assistant Site Manager, assisting the senior management team on capital schemes to the value of £750k – £1m and a number of small works hospital projects up to the value of £100k.

Experience Required
Prior experience in construction Site Supervision would be beneficial, working on  projects within live healthcare environments would be a bonus. A successful candidate must be eager to learn and will be able to demonstrate their ability to support colleagues.
