Assistant Site Manager

Freelance Assistant site Manager required to start 2nd April in Bridlington. Working on a new build housing development of 55 units in East Yorkshire. Will be required to overseeing operations on site, organisation of trades and labour, ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to, also ensuring work progresses in a timely fashion and is completed to a high standard.

New build housing experience is essential with a proven track record of completion of previous developments on time and to a high quality standard.

Essential qualifications are:  SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

Remuneration
£250 per day, could be negotiable. Please discuss with consultant.
