CDM Coordinator – Water – North East

Role
The CDM Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the responsibilities of the Principal Designer. 

Technical coordination of client, designers and contractors which will include design reviews, coordinating health and safety matters, and ensuring that design team have established safe methods of construction as part of the preconstruction information. Records management of documents, decisions and meetings

This role is office based centrally within the North East. 

Experience Required
Previous experience in a CDM Coordination role and knowledge of water sector, pipeline projects is imperative to success in this role. 

Remuneration
£45,000 per annum plus car allowance.
