Facilities Manager
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with a strong background in reactive works and a passion for improving homes and communities. We’re looking for someone to take the lead in managing day-to-day maintenance operations across our social housing stock.
The Role
You’ll oversee the delivery of responsive repair services to ensure safe, compliant, and well-maintained homes for our residents. From managing contractors to solving urgent maintenance issues, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality service that makes a real difference.
Experience Required
Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management within social housing.
Strong knowledge of reactive maintenance processes and statutory compliance.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Experience managing contractors and repair teams.
Relevant qualifications in facilities, construction, or health & safety (e.g., IWFM, SMSTS, NEBOSH) are desirable.
Remuneration
Circa £40,000 per annum salary.
Hybrid Role.
