The Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering commercial building projects (new build and refurbishment) across a range of clients in both the public and private sectors, with the support of a number of experienced site managers.

It is anticipated that in the short to medium term, there will be the opportunity for this role to develop into a Contracts Manager role, and it is well suited to individuals who are motivated by the opportunity to manage a workload as if it were their own business.

Experience Required
It is essential that individuals demonstrate experience in a Senior Site Manager/Project Manager capacity within a commercial building environment.  The successful applicant appointed into the role will be able to demonstrate speed of thought, awareness of multidisciplinary issues and considerations, and an sharp commercial mind, with a view to profitability.

Remuneration
Starting salary circa £60,000 plus additional benefits and opportunity for bonus.
