Role
Opportunities exist for commercial staff to join the business, taking a lead with commercial management of housing infrastructure schemes for national housebuilders, concentrating on sites within the North East and Yorkshire regions. Projects involve roads, sewers and plots for private and public sector schemes.

For those who are capable or desire to expand their commercial duties, involvement in commercial work at preconstruction stages can be part of this role, allowing the QS full control of the scheme from tender to final account.

This position is office based – typical hours are 8am to 5pm but there can be flexibility to suit personal needs, within reason.

Experience Required
Applicants should come from a quantity surveying background with experience of civil engineering subcontracted projects. A full driving licence is imperative as visiting sites will form part of this role.

Remuneration
Competitive basic salary plus car allowance and fuel card.
