Quantity Surveyor

Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established main contractor specialising in social housing repairs and maintenance.

Main contactor carrying out internal and external maintenance programmes nationally for occupied and void social housing properties, as well as working with commercial and education clients.

Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking for a business with a secure workstream, where a long term relationship has been established with clients to deliver works as a trusted partner. As a Quantity Surveyor you will work closely with Contracts Managers, the role involves pricing materials, pricing labour for repairs and maintenance for work streams, CVRs and final accounting.

Experience Required
Ability to price small works, Schedule of Rates (SOR) experience desirable.
Able to procure subcontractors and work with direct labour.
Comfortable liaising with a variety of individuals.
