The organisation is expanding and with a long term outlook, the Managing Director is eager to develop a robust commercial division for future company growth. 

Role
Junior commercial positions exist for those who are eager to work for a privately owned business with work spanning various construction industry sectors.

Experience Required
A HNC, HND or degree in a construction related subject, desire to work in estimating or quantity surveying, aptitude with numbers and a confidence in ability to learn are essential for this role. Applicants should also have some experience of working in the industry such as a placement year, summer placement, or time spent in an alternative technical role such as site engineering. 

Remuneration
Negotiable starting salary, circa £25,000.
