Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for Senior Quantity Surveyors to manage either new-build housing developments where the company has been engaged to build on behalf of a housing association, PRS or local authority, or a housing development being sold on the open market. Activities will include subcontractor procurement, valuations, payments, orders, CVRs, for one or two sites. 

Experience Required
The two positions are slightly different to one another.

One position requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a housing developer background.

The second position requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor with knowledge of JCT contracts and the client will consider candidates with main contractor and a mix of project sector experience, or a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a PQS background who understands how to administer the contract. 

Remuneration
A competitive basic salary plus car allowance or company car via a salary sacrifice scheme, annual bonus, all mileage paid, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and share save scheme.
