Role
A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to take the lead on procurement and package management within a large scale building development project in the North East region. This is a staff role, based between the site and office locations.

Experience Required
A confident, experienced QS is required for this position. Knowledge of JCT D&B contracts and preferably, history of working on building construction projects valued in excess of £20m.

Remuneration
Competitive salary plus car allowance and benefits package.
