Role
A Technical Coordinator is required to join the local division and manage design processes between external consultants and project teams for sizeable regional developments. 

Experience Required
An architectural technology or design engineering background with demonstrable knowledge of building processes, particularly in housing development, is a prerequisite for this position.

Remuneration
£50,000 to £60,000 plus car allowance and other benefits.
