The Role
An opportunity to join an established project delivery team as Contracts Manager (Small Works), overseeing capital development  projects, both refurbishment and new build, value of works up to £2m, in a live environment.

Experience Required
It is critical that applicants can demonstrate proven experience as a construction/facilities management Site Manager, ideally with further experience in managing multiple projects concurrently, and delivering projects within live  environments. A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to manage a team and support colleagues, will have the experience and wherewithal to carefully manage client and supply chain relationships and drive performance through the management of three continual shifts.

Competitive salary plus vehicle/allowance
