The Role
As a Technician you will become a valued member of a small team producing a range of new house types, producing a suite of standard technical details for each house type. There will be liaison with external consultancies such as the architect, manufacturers and suppliers to produce specifications. This would make an excellent role for a Technician looking for career advancement in the next 2 years to more of a design co-ordination role.

Experience Required
Ideally you will be educated to at least HNC level with knowledge of residential architectural design.
Strong IT skills in AutoCAD and some Revit.
Some experience of Photoshop and Indesign is advantageous
