An opportunity to join an established team as an Assistant Site Manager within the new build social housing sector. To assist the Site Manager in the completion of works, assist with programme deadlines and adhere to all Health and Safety practices.
The right candidate will have experience within the new build social housing environment at Assistant Site Manager level. A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability be attentive to client and supply chain relationships and strive to improve performance. Be experienced in assisting to supervise subcontract trades, coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries and assist in scheduling of works.
Starting salary of £30,000 dependant on experience.
