Administrator required to work in a full-time temporary to permanent position based in the Swillington area of Leeds. Their client base is nationwide and includes public and social housing, retail, financial services, manufacturing, commercial, leisure, education health and care and they pride themselves on achieving the highest levels of quality and customer service.
The post holder will be required to:
Update client portals with onsite hours, subcontractor information and material costs.
Check job sheets against job costs
Prepare day work claims and produce invoices as required
Scan documentation, ensure accurate data input, and upload to client web portals
Respond to general subcontractor queries via the telephone or email, maintaining a polite and courteous manner at all times
Complete general administrative tasks as required
Occupational experience in an accounts/commercial environment
£9.00 per hour
