A newly created role for an experienced Site/Project/Contracts Manager within a growing specialist subcontractor.

Due to the success and growth of this organisation, a new role has been created, for a Contracts Manager/Project Coordinator to pull together the design, estimating, buying, quantity surveying and site management teams to maximise opportunity and drive effective delivery and performance and to nurture client relationships.
Previous experience as a Site Manager within a construction building environment is essential, ideally with roofing experience. Project programming and planning experience is also essential, as is experience of Microsoft Project. Experience of managing construction delivery teams and client relationships is also required.
Basic salary £30,000 – £35,000 per annum plus generous bonus structure, some flexible benefits and working hours.
