A very good opportunity for an experienced building Contracts Manager to join a successful, motivated team delivering quality projects nationally (average value £25m) within attractive sectors to work in.
An established, North East based, privately owned construction business with a strong foothold in the market place for delivering projects between £5 – £25m in largely multi-room occupancy settings – healthcare, leisure, hospitality and residential sectors.
Whilst this is a Contracts Manager role, it is likely, given the size of the projects, that the successful candidate would be allocated to one project at a time, overseeing the delivery through the Project and Site Managers, office based in the North East at the start and end of the week and out and about away on site during the middle of the week.
It is essential that applicants demonstrate proven experience in the Contracts Manager role, through solid progression, and experience within the sectors outlined above would be helpful.
Up to £75,000 per annum plus vehicle provision and working away provision.
