The Role
The Contracts Manager has overall responsibility for all commercial, health and safety, quality and delivery matters across all projects undertaken at anytime. This includes responsibility for assisting the estimators when jobs are being priced, and then coordinating with commercial and on site teams during a project's progress, with regular site meetings, client meetings, monthly project reporting and control of costs, additional costs, documentation in support of such, and ensuring invoicing reflects everything as such to ensure the profitability of the project.
Experience Required
Experience in a Contracts Manager role with a specialist subcontractor, with the above responsibilities, is essential.
Remuneration
£50,000 to £55,000 per annum plus vehicle.
