Contracts Manager – fast paced role – North East workload

Framework contractor carrying out a high volume of civils jobs involving excavation and reinstatement.

Role
A Contracts Manager is required to oversee a number of civils and reinstatement teams, managing work programme and resourcing, as well as health and safety. Typical hours are 7.30am to 5pm, all projects within the local area. The position is office based and visiting sites, reporting to Senior Contracts Manager. 

Experience Required
A civil engineering background, and leadership experience of high volume jobs is essential. This is a staff position but can be available on a fixed term contract. 

Remuneration
Salary up to £65,000 plus package.
