Contracts Manager – Housing Infrastructure – North East
Steadily expanding civil engineering contractor with an excellent reputation for staff development and enhancement of career prospects.
Contracts Managers are required throughout the North East region of the business, to manage multiple civil engineering groundworks projects delivered to housebuilders and principle contractors; managing the client relationship and providing support to Site Managers in respect of programme, materials and quality management.
People management skills, being well presented and professional, with strong communication, literacy and IT skills and proven site management experience is required for this role. Whilst applications from people in developer/housebuilding organisations are encouraged, demonstration of a civils groundworks background is essential.
Negotiable depending on experience, plus company benefits.
