Quantity Surveyor

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working in a SME environment, with the majority of project work in West Yorkshire.

Company
An SME main contractor with plans to grow, commercially strong and cash rich, a relaxed environment, with a 15+ year track record carrying out a range of refurbishment and new build projects predominantly for local authorities and in the education sector. Projects range from £20k to £8 million. 

The Role
The role will see you working on the larger projects in particular. There is plenty of opportunity to grow as the company grows, moving up to the commercial lead for the business, and the role can also expand to include other aspects such as estimating, purchasing or project management. 

Experience Required
Already working in a Quantity Surveying role able to carry out duties with a light touch from management, good knowledge and experience managing subcontract procurement and managing costs to final account.  

Remuneration
The package is negotiable for the right candidate.
