Customer Service Administrator
Corepeople Recruitment are working exclusively with a Stanley based business to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join an established, friendly team. This is initially an interim role but it will become permanent for the right person. This is a family run business and, despite the fact that they are currently expanding, it is still very much a culture of a family run business. There are great opportunities here for career progression too.
The Role
This is a really fast paced environment, the team take orders from other businesses via calls and emails, process the orders, deal with queries, liaise with dispatch regarding deliveries and generally provide a high level of customer care.
Working hours are Mon to Fri 8.30-5.00/9.00-5.30 alternating weekly.
Experience & Qualifications
Applicants must have strong customer care experience, this is not a call centre but applicants must be comfortable in a high call volume environment. Additionally, applicants will be well versed in general admin duties and have strong IT skills.
Remuneration
£10.00 – £10.50 per hour
This is a temporary position and Corepeople Recruitment Limited will be acting as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers to the hirer.
