Opportunity for an experienced Customer Liaison Assistant to join a high specification developer.
This is a full time fixed term contract
Hours are Monday to Friday 9-5
Working in a team of 4, responsibilities will include:
Supporting the customer service department
Provide administrative support
Support the Customer Liaison Manager in the setting and monitoring of remedial works and timescales
Collect and record all relevant booklets
Any other duties as reasonably requested
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work under own initiative
Good verbal and written communication
A basic understanding of Customer Service
£22,000 to £26,000 depending upon experience
