Role
A Design Coordinator is required to join the organisation, working on schemes valued £1m to £10m, coordinating information between external consultants and the project team. This is a hybrid role positioned between sites and home with some meetings and time required in the local offices. Working hours are 39 per week and the company prioritises a good work-life balance for its staff.

Experience Required
Knowledge from a civil engineering background is essential, with a good understanding of BIM, construction and design processes. Framework context is useful but not imperative. Excellent communication skills and management of interactions is key.

Remuneration
Salary will be competitive, negotiable based on experience level brought to the role. Car allowance, generous holidays and other package benefits included.
