A great opportunity for a Quantity surveyor within a growing contractor, North East.

Role
An opportunity exists within the growing building division for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take a leading commercial role, managing a number of key projects as well as the development of the commercial team. This is a hands on role with typical day to day QS project responsibilities but with additional accountability for ensuring robust commercial procedures, involvement with work winning and longer term potential to develop into part of the senior leadership team. 

Experience Required
The ideal applicant will have building experience from a main contractor background, be competent in running a number of schemes simultaneously (likely to be valued from £20,000 to £3,000,000), with ambition to be part of a growing business operation. 

Remuneration
Package will be negotiable dependant on experience.
