Role 
The Design Manager will manage the design process, selecting and managing consultants. The successful candidate will report on design programmes and provide technical support to the bid process. They will have an innovative approach in order to develop designs on multiple projects of varying complexity. 

Experience Required
Applicants will ideally have experience managing large scale or various projects at one time and a sound understanding of construction technology. They will have the ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications and have experience of managing specialist designers and other team members. Experience in contracting, Viewpoint and a valid driving licence is also necessary.

Remuneration
£55,000 to £65,000 annual salary plus package.
