Lettings Negotiator

Local Award Winning leading Estate Agency looking for both   Lettings Negotiators and Sales Negotiators to work in a full-time permanent position in Gateshead or Newcastle. Hours of work will be 8.45am to 5.00pm and will include working every other Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm with the time back in lieu.

Job
Duties of the post will include:
Speaking with potential clients, promoting the agency, negotiating terms, arranging valuations
Marketing/advertising properties to let.
Dealing with potential tenants, discussing new properties, arranging viewings, 
Dealing with Landlords, repairs and compliance.

Experience 
Lettings experience required
Qualities to include excellent communication skills
Delivering an outstanding customer care experience
Good IT skills

Remuneration
Uncapped OTE approximately £32,000 per annum
