National business with North East regional division, overseeing contractors managing the development of work to serve digital progression throughout all communities.

Role
Cost Engineer / Quantity Surveyor required to manage local contracts. Staff work 37.5 hours per week, flexibly from a local office and home, making site visits when conducting final measures. This position offers work within a secure contract that runs through 2025.

Experience Required
Applicants will come from a Cost Engineer or Quantity Surveying background, familiar with accounting projects throughout their duration and dealing with multiple contractors.

Remuneration
Salary can be negotiated up to £45,000 per annum. A car allowance is included as well as a range of other benefits including;
