An attractive opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join an established multi-disciplinary contractor active in building, civil engineering and housing across Yorkshire.
A successful regional contractor with a significant order book throughout 2021 into 2022.
The company is looking for a Site Manager role with responsibility for planning, managing and delivering the full programme of work safely, to budget and on time.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record of managing either new build construction projects or delivering new build residential schemes. Although not necessary experience of working on refurbishment schemes could also be considered to be an advantage. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and know-how to direct a team and deliver a given project safely and on time, with careful attention to the client relationship, and the supply chain.
Up to £50,000 per annum + company car and benefits, dependent upon experience.
