Site Manager

Freelance Site Manager required to start 26th February in Thirsk, overseeing refurbishments of existing housing – mainly external and roofing replacements. The site manager will be required to oversee organisation of trades and labour, ensuring health and safety standards are upheld – whilst ensuring the finished product is completed to a high standard.

Contract is due to run through until the end of September.

Essential qualifications are: SMSTS, CSCS manager card, CISRS scaffold inspection and first aid

Remuneration
£26 per hour – Negotiable depending on experience and location – please discuss with consultant.
