Website Administrator & Graphic Designer
Website Administrator & Graphic Designer required for a brand-new role in the Bishop Auckland area. This is ideally a full-time, permanent role but part-time will also be considered, and it is within the manufacturing sector.
The Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for the maintenance of the company website, ensuring that content is current and interesting. Writing copy and taking photographs will form part of this role, along with using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign. Along with writing website copy, they will also be responsible for creating content for the company Linked In page.
Coupled with the creative side of the role, duties will also include liaising with the SEO agency, monitoring and analysing how well the website performs and monitor the on-line presence of competitors.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 2:00pm or, for part-time it would be Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 3:00 pm.
The Person
Applications are welcome from people with a comprehensive working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign. Additionally, they must be proficient in the use of Apple OS and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Whilst not essential, applicants could also have basic HTML & CSS skills, knowledge of Apple Final Cut Pro X, photography and videography skills and previous experience with 3D rendering software. Also, knowledge of Adobe Commerce would be beneficial for a new website.
Remuneration
£26,000 to £28,000 per annum
