Design Manager

Excellent opportunity for a Design Manager for a building contractor in the North East.

National main contractor with a range of refurbishment projects in the health, education and commercial sectors.

The Role
This is an ideal opportunity for a construction professional to take control of the development of construction design information through the pre-construction phase, and through the on-site delivery phase to completion. The individual needs to be able appraise construction design information from architects and other specialist consultants and subcontractors. A good understanding of clinical environments is highly advantageous.

Experience Required
A construction qualification
A design management background
Candidates with transferable skills from construction backgrounds such as architectural technology, project management or contracts management also considered.
