A growing, award-winning main contractor seeking a talented Design Manager to join the team. As an SME with a strong pipeline of diverse projects ranging from £2 million to £15 million, the business is entering an exciting phase of expansion. Projects span industrial, accommodation, retail, student accommodation, and education sectors, promising a dynamic and varied work environment.

The Role
Joining the Project Delivery team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping project success from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Development and Implementation of Design Proposals: Contribute your expertise to design strategies during pre-construction and construction phases.
Management of Design Team: Lead and inspire the design team to achieve excellence in project deliverables.
Engagement with Commercial and Operational Teams: Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration of design processes with project objectives.
Quality Management: Uphold the company's commitment to delivering high-quality projects by implementing rigorous quality control measures.
Design Deliverables Program: Oversee the timely delivery of design outputs, maintaining alignment with project timelines.
Meetings Facilitation: Lead design meetings, fostering effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
Document Control and Resource Management: Maintain meticulous control over project documentation and design resources to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Experience Required
Applications are welcomed from individuals ranging from Assistant Design Manager to Senior Design Manager level.
