Role
As an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the team, responsible for conducting take-offs and generating estimates for projects ranging up to £2 million. The company's strategic vision involves expanding their tendering scope to projects valued up to £5 million. Working closely within a collaborative small team environment, you'll have the autonomy to influence project selections, whether it's office fitouts in public or private sectors, healthcare facilities, community centers, or other exciting ventures. This role offers the flexibility to select your preferred estimating software and the freedom to shape your role according to your strengths and interests.

Experience Required
A construction related qualification.
Demonstrable expertise as an Estimator, with proficiency in conducting precise take-offs.
Proven experience in pricing a diverse range of project types.

Remuneration
Competitive salary range of £50,000 to £60,000, with potential for adjustment based on candidate suitability.
Car allowance provided.
Generous annual leave entitlement of 25 days plus bank holidays.
Company pension scheme with a 3% contribution.
