Estimator

An exciting opportunity for an Estimator to join a growing regional contractor.

Company 
A regional contractor with a good blend of public sector and private sector projects, touching most sectors including education, commercial, retail and refurbishment. Projects are a mix of design and build and traditional forms of contract either competitively tendered or through frameworks.

Role
Permanent role based in the North East and as part of a small, collaborative team you will be comfortable producing Bills of Quantities, pricing tenders to deadlines, preparing subcontractor enquiries and subsequent comparisons. 

Experience
The Estimator must have relevant industry experience. 

Remuneration
Salary offered is £55,000 to £60,000 dependant on experience.
