Regional contractor business looking for an Estimator.

Company
Privately owned building contractor/developer operating in the North East. Projects vary within residential and commercial sectors. An exciting opportunity to join an expanding and thriving company that offers a close knit feel to its team.

Role
An Estimator is required to take responsibility for working closely with one of the Directors, assessing enquiries, completing take offs and pulling subcontractor information together in order to submit the bids. Project value ranging from £100K to £2M

Experience
A competent Estimator who can take responsibility for identifying, strategising and tendering projects suitable for pertaining business growth in the region. This role has the potential to develop into a broader role within the preconstruction side of the business and so, the potential to take on increased responsibilities and progression will be sought from those who apply. Suitable applicants will have estimating experience and come from a building contractor background or a fit-out/refurbishment contractor, keen to find a challenging and hands on role in a growing organisation.

Remuneration
Negotiable depending on experience.
