Project Manager

A good opportunity for a building Project Manager to join an established privately own contractor with a strong pipeline of work with a regular and loyal client base in the private and public sectors.

The Company
Established for more than sixty years and operating within building, maintenance and private housebuilding across Cumbria.

The Role
This Project Management role is responsible for delivering a range of works for a large industrial client – an ongoing programme of workshop, office and canteen repairs, tank bases, and so on, for project values up to  £1-2m, in addition to the opportunity to manage other schemes for other clients locally within commercial, education, health, heritage and conservation.

Experience Required
Experience in construction (building) project management is essential.  Applicants must be able to talk about their experience of managing a building project to programme, with the skill set to plan and navigate problems, and manage health and safety, delivery teams and the client relationship with confidence and sensitivity.

Remuneration
£55,000 per annum
