The Role/Experience Required
Part of the group undertakes specialist building contracting works, and, due to growth, there is the need for additional support at Project Manager level to drive the projects, someone with equal skill in managing client relationships and engaging with the workforce undertaking the works.
A background in bespoke building project management is essential, but equally important are the characteristics of drive and ambition, and going the extra mile for the good of the client’s experience. Estimating experience would also be useful.
£40,000 – £50,000 per annum.
