An opportunity for an experienced building Project Manager to manage projects from conception to delivery for a good, organised and collaborative Client.
The company provides full design and management services as well as building delivery, across Retail, Commercial, Education, Hospitality, Healthcare, Leisure and Residential environments, with teams managed by supportive senior team management members specialising in each given sector.
This role is within the Retail division. The Project Manager, reporting to the Construction Director, will be involved in the project from initial site visit, to understand the design, planning and phasing stages, and will be providing input into the building programme, and highlighting risks and full health and safety management. Works include external works and car parks, fit out (in live environments) and new build, and the company provides full design, project delivery and aftercare services.
Experience in building project management (on site project delivery) is essential. The Project Manager will be experienced in programme management, planning, health and safety management, and in attending client meetings.
The role will be well suited to a Construction/Built Environment graduate with a demonstrable track record of post graduate experience on site.
£42,500 to £45,000 per annum
