Steadily expanding business with an approximate turnover of £19m per year in civil engineering contracts. 

Role
A quantity surveying role position has opened up within the commercial team. This is a full time position based between office and site, responsible for supporting and/or running projects across multiple sectors. Contracts are typically JCT or NEC contracts, located within the North East, range in value up to £10m.

Experience Required
This position will suit a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor who has spent some time working within a civil engineering main contractor or subcontractor business. It is imperative to demonstrate experience in measurement. 

Remuneration
Salary will reflect level of experience – negotiable. Company car or car allowance and other benefits will be included.
