An exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to step up to senior quantity surveyor to join a growing regional contractor.

Job
A position has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor who is ready to step up into the role of Senior to come on board and help drive the development of the business and the team. Working on multiple projects across the private and public sector.

Experience Required
Experience of managing a mid to high volume of work
Excellent communication and team-working skills but also capable of working on own initiative
Working knowledge of JCT and NEC Sub-Contracts as well as an understanding of relevant common law

Remuneration
Salary dependant on experience.
