Job Description
As a Quantity Surveyor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of planned maintenance projects in social housing. You will work closely with Contracts Managers to understand scopes of work.

Key Responsibilities
Commercially managing multiple contracts that include planned works from kitchen, bathroom, boiler
replacements, internal and external decoration, fire door replacement or fire stopping.
Processing of subcontractor payments, applications
Dealing with variations
Procurement of subcontractors
Managing and monitoring budgets, cash forecasting
Producing monthly applications for payment to the client and raising invoices
CVR reporting monthly
 
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in social housing or main contracting
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
JCT and measured term contracts knowledge
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards
