Quantity Surveyor

This is a dynamic and ambitious civil engineering SME embarking on an exciting new venture in the construction industry. Specialising in building new homes for housing associations, they are committed to delivering high-quality, sustainable, and affordable housing solutions. As they expand their services, they are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the business.

Role Overview
Producing feasibility appraisals/cost estimates for new-build housing sites, procurement of materials, negotiating contracts with subcontractors, monitoring project costs, variations, valuations, regular reporting.

This is an opportunity to make the role your own and work closely with an established team.

Experience Required
A suitable construction qualification
A background in producing appraisals for new sites and proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with housing developments.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
