The Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Estimator to join a dynamic team, operating from first principles with proficiency in conducting take-offs. You'll be responsible for estimating a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from £10 million to £200 million+ across various sectors. Whether through negotiated or competitive tender processes, your expertise will drive accurate estimates, utilising Conquest as your primary tool. This role presents an unparalleled opportunity for career progression and professional development.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven track record as an Estimator, adept at pricing projects across diverse sectors.
Ideal for a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor with take-offs experience seeking to transition into an estimating role, or Quantity Surveyors from a PQS background with ambition and drive.
Strong proficiency in Bluebeam and Conquest, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
