The Role
As an integral member of the team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their success. You'll collaborate closely with like-minded people, driving projects forward with precision and expertise. Your responsibilities will include producing Bills of Quantities, tender pricing, subcontractor management, and more. Whether you're a seasoned Estimator or already carrying out some estimating activity within your construction role looking to specialise with some support, this role offers ample opportunities for growth and advancement, with potential pathways leading to a Preconstruction Manager's role. There will be opportunity to choose your preferred estimating software.

Experience Required
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of construction industry experience, particularly in pricing refurbishment projects up to £5 million.
