Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor required for a national main contractor (build). 

Company
A top 10 national main contractor delivering projects across education, commercial and health. The company have been awarded a large prestigious contract in the Tyneside area and are also looking to secure a strong pipeline of work for the future. 

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially manage and lead on a multi million  pound scheme with responsibility for the cost management of the project including sub-contractor procurement, valuations, variations and CVR reporting. Experience with accommodation-style projects such as hotels, hospitality and leisure and DofE. 

Experience Required
Experience of working on live projects and final accounts
Experience of developing second stage tender submissions working under pre construction services agreement
Successfully completed a number of final accounts
Experience of procuring major works sub contracts
Experience of managing, mentoring and developing staff
Experience of working on health, education, mixed use and commercial projects highly desirable

Remuneration
A competitive salary, car allowance, 26 days holiday + bank holidays, pension matched up to 8%, professional membership fees and other flexible benefits.
