Teesside based – Senior QS – Civils

Expanding contractor with a strong portfolio of civils infrastructure work within the commercial building sector, a diverse client base and projects valued up to £40m.

Role
Senior QS required to manage sizeable civils work within a large-scale project in Teesside. A predominantly site based role, this position works alongside another Quantity Surveyor and reports to a Commercial Manager. Opportunities for further progression will be accelerated through company growth and internal promotion.

Experience Required
Applicants should have proven QS experience from within a subcontractor environment, knowledgeable in groundworks, drainage, slabs and external works. The ability to commercially manage civil engineering contracts, working well with clients, is essential. Additional experience in new site utilities will be advantageous.
